Hello again,

It feels like this time of year we send one note after
another. There is just so much going on. So please
look at all the signs we have put up. Ask questions
and if you have been through this once before help
out a new dancer.
                   Costumes
Costume can now be picked up. They must be paid
for and all tuition must be paid in full. The costumes
are behind the counter up front.
                    Tickets
Tickets are selling fast. Thank you all for your
support and giving the children a wonderful
audience to dance in front of. There are still lots of
tickets for sale so please come and enjoy the show.
                  Helpers
We need helpers. If you would like to come and
stay with your child in the dressing room and then
sit with them in the balcony, just sign up at the front
table. You will get in for free. We still need a lot of
helpers.

Ushers are needed too! This is a great way to come
and see the show for free. You will help everyone
find their seats, hand out programs and stay by the
doors and keep them close during the show. Sign
up is at the front table. Thank you for your help.
                       DVD’s
Order you DVD’s today. Rod Smith will be filming
our recital for us. You can pre order a DVD for
$25.00 dollars. If you order after the recital it will be
$30.00
Order forms at the front table.
                  Flowers
You can order flowers for your little dance here for
just $5.00 for a single rose or $12.00 for a bouquet of
3. The rose come over night ship from New York
and are so pretty and fresh. This is a fund raiser for
our dance teams.

You don’t have to do everthing!
I know this seems like a lot but just step back and
pick out the things you what to
take part in and enjoy the show.


    TEACHER GIFTS.

Every year we ask our students to sign a ribbon for
their teacher. The ribbon gets put on the gifts we
give the teacher at the end of our recital. If you
would like to donate to this gift just drop it in the jar.
But please have your student sign the ribbon.

                Rehearsal Door

On rehearsal night only you must enter though the
side doors on Miller Street (This is the same side as
the Double Tree Hotel) and go up the stairs. We will
have a table set up selling tickets and showing you
the way. We still need two Moms from every class
to help walk the class back stage, and bring them
back to their seats. You can still take picture and
video we promise. Sign up is at the ticket table.

      If you are a helper please stop by and let me
give you a ticket and go over what you will need to
do for us that night.

Monday May 24th!

This is Wendy’s way of thanking you all. So bring
your family and share in some hot dogs and chips.
Last year my beans went fast. I will make more this
year. We have bubbles, a bouncy house, a large
slide, water guns, and more. It will just be a fun
night for all. Wear your recital T-Shirt and show off
what great dancer we have here.
We will also be letting you Per- Register for fall
classes.
Every one who pays the registration fee for fall
class will be entered into a drawing to win 1 full
year of a Dance Class, or you could win an I-Pod
cube that lights up when you put your I-Pod in it, or
an MP-3 player or a custom made dance bag filled
with dance goodies. So come to Memorial Park
Pavilion from
5 – 8pm and have some fun!
